A high-precision electromagnetic flowmeter is an instrument used to measure the flow of liquids. It is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, which determines the liquid flow by measuring the electromagnetic induction signal generated when the conductive liquid passes through the pipeline.
The main advantages of a high-precision electromagnetic flowmeter are its high accuracy, good stability, and insensitivity to liquid density, temperature, pressure, and other parameters. Moreover, it does not require the use of flow control elements, so it will not cause any resistance or energy loss to the fluid. Additionally, because it is based on electromagnetic induction, it can also measure the flow of conductive liquids, such as water, sewage, acids, alkalis, brine, etc.
A high-precision electromagnetic flowmeter typically consists of a sensor and a signal processor. The sensor includes the conductive pipeline through which the liquid flows and the electromagnetic coils installed around the pipeline. The signal processor is responsible for receiving the signals generated by the sensor and converting them into digital signals for output.
